Gardening can be tricky & we totally understand that! If you are having issues with a plant, we are here to help! You can call, stop in or send us a picture (thru Messenger) and we will do our best to get to the root of the problem. We want you to be happy with your purchase.

14 Day Return Policy / Guarantee

Here are a few of the rules:

+All returns must be accompanied by your original sales receipt.

+Plants returned (dead or alive) must be in their original containers and are eligible for in store credit for the purchase price.

+Hardgoods returned in their original/sellable condition are eligible for a refund in the original form of payment. Defective hardgoods are eligible for in-store credit.

+Guarantees do not cover frost, drought (even if your neighbor forgets to water your plants while you are away for the weekend) or acts of Mother Nature.

+Replacement plants are not guaranteed!
